The best of both worlds. A great cut offering a juicy tender leaner fillet on one side and a lush marbled sirloin on the other. Expertly dry-aged for at least 28-days which we believe delivers the optimum level of depth of flavour.
The T-bone is very similar to the Porterhouse cut. One of the major differences between the two is that the T-bone steak is much thinner on the tenderloin side.
It’s best prepared grilled or pan-fried with seasonings like paprika, turmeric, and coriander.
